It’s best to stay away from food with lots of carbohydrates like potatoes, bread, and other starchy foods. These will only cause you to gain more unnecessary fat on your legs and the rest of your body. What we should focus on doing is cutting out foods with high carbs or minimizing our intake of them.
At the same time, we should be working out and increasing our intake of high-protein rich foods like chicken, beef, lentils, and eggs. This will help our body recover faster from workouts, burn more fat, and gain lean muscle.
Overall, by doing this we can be sure to increase our muscle mass and get more toned but lose weight and flab at the same time.
